This apartment had been very run down and needed an in depth transformation including layout changes.

The kitchenette was integrated with only a slight divider in order to zone the open plan area

The bathroom received a layout change by keeping the same footprint, allowing a comfortable use. The bathtub was removed and a big shower added instead.

Indirect illumination in the entrance hall, shower area and kitchen provide an inviting atmosphere.
