The University of the South Pacific -  USP - recognized a growing demand of higher education on the western side of the island, USP decided to develop their plot of land in Lautoka. MDL was invited to a limited competition for a concept design including a lecture theater, library, teaching labs, administration, cafeteria and staff housing.
